Sampooran Sri Sarbloh Granth Sahib
What this book is about
Santa Singh's printed edition of the Sarbloh Granth (Sarab Loh Granth Sahib), a voluminous scripture of some 6,500 poetic stanzas arranged in five sections (adhiyas). The text opens with the lines 'char bodh khat astadas, karam dharam sach naam' and gives the instruction 'tai upaav'. Traditionally attributed to Guru Gobind Singh and revered above all by the Nihang order, though its authorship is genuinely disputed by scholars.
