What this book is about
A short tract by Rev. Giani Mani Singh presenting his own reading of the Guru Granth Sahib in plain, almost conversational style, posing questions to open up its difficult inner meanings for readers with no time for a close study of the scripture. The readable pages are an English foreword by S. Hazara Singh Ji Garcha of Canada, dated 26 July 1973, which describes Mani Singh as a Punjabi scholar, musician and former priest at Sikh temples in India and British Columbia, and calls the book a distillation of the whole Granth. The Gurmukhi body of the text is badly garbled in this scan, and no title-page details for the publisher or year could be made out.
