What this book is about
The second part of Pracheen Panth Prakash Steek, a history of the Bhungu (Nihang) Sikh order written in verse and published at Patiala in November 2000 by Sant Singh Bhaiwal(OH), who also wrote the commentary. The preface explains that this volume resumes the chronicle of the old handwritten Path Prakash tradition, running from 'Ai Vahiguru ji ke fate' onward, and that it is offered to revive an old tradition, while the price list names Baba Santa Singh ji of Akali Budha Dal and Bawa Ude Singh of Budha Dal Public School, Patiala, as patrons and donors. The contents are a sequence of sakhis on figures such as Kapur Singh, Jassa Singh Ahluwalia, Nawab Kapur Singh, Bhai Sukha Singh, Bhai Tara Singh Bhujangi, Bhai Subeg Singh, Jasu Singh and Ram Ronnei, with their martyrdoms and battles.
