Guru Arjan Dev Ate Uhna Da Yug is the proceedings of the twenty-third International Punjabi Development Conference, held on 14-16 December 2006, edited by Dr Jasbir Kaur of the Department of Development of Punjabi Language at Punjabi University, Patiala, and published in 2008 with an ISBN. The pages we could read are largely the English-language opening sections, which state the university's purpose in promoting Punjabi at national and international level, note the success of the earlier Gyan Ganga radio and television programme, and describe plans for scholarships, writer-in-residence schemes and inter-university exchange. The scan beyond these introductory pages is a poor transliterated rendering of Gurmukhi and cannot be read with confidence, so we cannot describe the articles themselves.
